  • Device & Technical Data: IP address, device type, browser type, operating system, and unique device identifiers collected automatically when using the app.

  • Order Fulfillment: To process, track, and complete your laundry and dry cleaning requests.

In compliance with Google Play and Apple App Store policies, we provide multiple pathways for users to permanently delete their accounts and all associated personal data:
